Preparation and clever ways with our Rainbow with Beetroot Noodles Stir-fry kit

SERVES 2, READY IN 3 MINUTES

Washed and ready to cook, the sachet of sauce is included.

Heat a film of oil in a large frying pan or wok and cook the vegetables and noodles over a medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly, until just tender. Add the sesame seeds to the pan half way through cooking. Pour over the sauce and immediately remove the pan from the heat. Gently stir to combine and serve.

To add protein to your stir-fry, toss through strips of cooked chicken, cubes of tofu or serve alongside your favourite cut of lamb.
